Today is the first day of Saga month, I hereby make a vow that I will be a vegetarian hereafter. It is not only me but dozens of Lama from the temple had also made the same vow. With this merit, I pray for long live of all virtuous Gurus; peace and happiness for all beings. Today, there are many more monks made the vow to chant 10,000 times Vajrasattva mantra to repent our sin. I hope more and more people will follow the Vajrasattva mantra and practise good deeds diligently.
　　今天是薩嘎月初一，我發願從此以後生生世世吃素。不單是我，寺廟還有幾十個喇嘛也如是發願。以此功德，願具德上師長久住世，願眾生安樂具足。還有很多僧眾今天發願念誦十萬遍金剛薩埵心咒懺悔罪業，也希望更多的人能念誦金剛薩埵心咒，勤行善法。
